CONDITION OF RETURN:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.  

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is 100% free of charge for online customers.  Returns must be sent to ShipSensei Fulfillment Center at.  9215 NW 101st St, Medley, FL 33178

Please make sure your address is correct as this is where we will ship the package. If the order needs to be shipped to a different address, please note this address in the buyers notes section at checkout.

In addition, if your order is a gift going directly to the recipient, we can include a personal message card from you at no extra charge. If you would like this service, please let us know what you would like me to write in the "message to seller" during checkout.
