Shipping is 100% free of charge for online customers. Returns must be sent to Sleek-USA, 3240 Florida Avenue, Miami, FL 33133Please make sure your address is correct as this is where we will ship the package. If the order needs to be shipped to a different address, please note this address in the buyers notes section at checkout.

As soon as payment is received and cleared, all purchases will be mailed within 2-3 business days via USPS, First Class.
